- The lymphatic system is a major part of the body’s immune system. It is made up of organs and lymph nodes, ducts and vessels that transport lymph throughout the body. Many of these lymph vessels run just below the skin,brushing the skin helps stimulate the normal lymph flow within the body and help the body detoxify itself naturally.
- Helps loosen and remove dead skin cells, naturally exfoliating skin. Leaving you with noticeably softer skin immediately after treatment.

Salt scrub
Using pink Himalayan salt,coconut oil, essential oils and hot towels. Followed by a relaxation massage with virgin coconut oil and cacao butter to nourish, repair and hydrate your skin.
Magnesium scrub
Pure magnesium chloride flakes ground and blended in pure coconut oil. The magnesium is gritty at first then melts in with the coconut oil and is absorbed through the skin.
Dry brushing
Your therapist will use a sterilised, firm brush with natural bristles ( made from plant fibre such as cactus) and move it briskly in circular and sweeping motions all over your body. The idea is to brush in the direction of your heart to boost circulation and encourage lymph flow. Hot towels are used to remove exfoliated skin, followed by a nourishing body massage and wrap with cocoa butter.
It’s fine to say if you’d prefer a gentler or firmer touch; therapists appreciate having the chance to get your treatment spot on.
